ADMINISTRATOR, UAT TESTING III

UAT Tester III The UAT Tester III will be responsible for level three testing as well as dedicated support to one or more primary workstreams. They will assign testing activities to members of their project team, reprioritizing as necessary based on system and code availability and reputed company dates. They will also support testing through the life cycle of the project, complete through deployment, checkout, and validation in production. Responsible for alerting their leadership in advance of any potential negative impacts. They will also be responsible for reviewing reputed company workbooks for accuracy and scope and answering questions or providing training to UAT Tester III employees. Roles & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with emphasis on the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and test methodologies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of formal software test design techniques.
• Design, create, and execute UAT test cases and maintain business scenarios for projects.
• reputed company examples for deployment workbooks and assist in ensuring comprehensive testing coverage.
• Ensure timely completion of work for each sprint across various scrum teams, including writing acceptance criteria and scoring stories in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., regulatory mandates, Attorney General requests, digital content, and other high-reputed company projects).
• Collaborate actively with a team of specialists, sharing expertise and learning through backlog reviews, sprint reviews, and other agile ceremonies to continuously improve processes.
• Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments with a strong focus on customer and employee needs.
• Maintain essential documentation and seek innovative ways to automate testing and reduce redundancy.
• Create and manage defects appropriately, ensuring reputed company required steps are completed (e.g., screenshots, order reputed company, component details).
• Review and triage defects with cross-functional teams to assess potential impacts on project reputed company.
• Report other testing concerns to the project leader, even if they do not result in a defect (e.g., training gaps, process concerns, documentation needs, timeline risks).
• Work collaboratively with internal and IT leadership to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Demonstrate testing and order processes to other testers and reputed company training on testing skills as necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Required Skills & Experience

• Associate degree or minimum of three years of successful experience in an equivalent field
• Strong focus on reputed company customer impacts, order accuracy, and potential impacts to key performance indicators
• Experience across multiple domains (e.g., Call Centers, Field Operations, Small Business, Residential, offline, etc.) is a plus
• Understand cross-functional impacts for Field Operations, Operations Support Center, Product, Marketing, and Call Centers in the Consumer and Small Business segments
• Experience with Jira and AccelQ or equivalent testing tools
• Basic experience working in Agile Scrum teams
• Understanding of CRM tools, billing systems, IVR, digital applications, and reputed company tools
• Intermediate knowledge of PC hardware and software, including reputed company Office products
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic team player with the ability to reputed company workloads, pick up tasks midstream, and pass off tasks appropriately
• Independent problem-solver who is comfortable engaging leaders reputed company needed
• Must be reputed company to work reputed company, including nights, overnights, and weekends
