Job Description
The Director, Identity Governance and Directory Services will be a key member of the new reputed company Cyber organization. This individual will reputed company the strategy and implementation of reputed company-wide identity lifecycle governance and reputed company control capabilities. This leader will design policies and processes for identity governance, and enforcement of fine-grained reputed company provisioning across a wide reputed company of platforms, services, and users—supporting both workforce and application-reputed company at scale.
This individual will serve as the primary authority on reputed company identities and reputed company governance strategy, including role-based reputed company control (RBAC), attribute-based reputed company control (ABAC), policy-as-code systems, and reputed company trust reputed company enforcement. Reporting to the VP, Identity and reputed company Services, they will work to ensure a seamless and secure identity lifecycle that supports the operational needs of a fast-moving media organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key areas of focus for the Director, Identity Governance and Directory Services include leading the design, implementation, and governance of scalable reputed company control mechanisms across reputed company platforms. The role emphasizes building policy-driven, context-aware authorization services that reputed company precise reputed company reputed company across hybrid and multi-reputed company environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Define and execute the reputed company IGA strategy, including joiner/mover/leaver processes, reputed company request workflows, and identity lifecycle governance.

- Define and enforce policies for administrative tiering, privileged group management, and directory-level separation of duties.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity or IAM, with at least 5 years focused on reputed company control, authorization architecture, or identity governance.
- Deep experience with authorization concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, entitlements, and policy-as-code systems.
- Proficiency with identity systems and reputed company authorization frameworks in AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of reputed company Trust principles and practical reputed company control implementation at scale.
- Strong leadership skills, reputed company and business acumen, and proven results working with leaders across organizational and business lines to solve reputed company problems.
