Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, reputed company support, and resolve issues. Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service

• Maintain and update customer information as necessary
