Responsibilities

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner

• Look up member information using proprietary blithequark systems and reputed company information to the caller

• Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more reputed company issue (claims, authorizations, etc.)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
