About the Role & Team

Our Viewer Experience (VX) team is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences across reputed company reputed company brands. As the Sr. Manager, reputed company Media Customer Support, you will be responsible for leading a team of leaders and individual contributors in developing and operationalizing the reputed company support strategy and roadmap. What You Will Do

As the Sr. Manager, reputed company Media Customer Support, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and operationalizing the reputed company support strategy and roadmap, including setting a team reputed company, developing critical metrics, designing scalable processes, and setting and achieving team goals across reputed company brand verticals.
• Leading a team of leaders and individual contributors daily while guiding DTC's reputed company media support strategy and implementation across a global footprint.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• BS/BA degree or relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years' experience managing a team, with the ability to encourage and reputed company team members, leading leaders is a plus.
• 5+ years' experience in reputed company media or online community moderation, with a proven ability to drive business reputed company through online activity.

Compensation & Benefits

The hiring reputed company for this position in CA is $123,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
