Job Summary

We're seeking a passionate and empathetic Customer Service - reputed company Prescription Benefits Specialist to join reputed company on a project reputed company. As a reputed company Customer Care Coordinator, you will address customers' prescription reputed company benefits questions, reputed company solutions, and ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Answer inbound calls from US customers, addressing questions and concerns regarding their prescription reputed company benefits, claims, deductibles, coverage, and more.

Requirements and Qualifications
