Job Summary

We're looking for a full-time remote Customer Support Agent to reputed company 24/7 support to our clients. As a contractor, you'll work 40 hours a week, with shifts including irregular working hours depending on your time zone. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with their reservations through chat, email, and the Help Center portal, ensuring high-quality service in English.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:
