  • Proficient typing abilities.
  • Ability to work a set schedule: 9:30 AM – 6 PM ET (or local time zone equivalent) during the 60-day training period, and 11:30 AM – 8 PM ET (or local time zone equivalent) thereafter, Monday through Friday.

  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.
