About the Chat Support Associate Role

As a Chat Support Associate at blithequark, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and delightful experience for our users by providing top-notch support through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. You'll be the face of blithequark, engaging with our community of veterinary professionals to support their critical purchasing reputed company and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support existing blithequark users by responding to inquiries reputed company live chat, email, and phone in a timely and effective manner
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and explain scenarios/solutions in an easily digestible manner
• Handle various daily and weekly admin responsibilities, such as proactive account management, item issue reports, item reviews, credit approvals, and more

Essential Qualifications
