Job Summary

As a Student Loan Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to student borrowers, answering frequent questions, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, professional, and effective. Key Responsibilities

* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems

• Practice active listening, reputed company, and clear communication with customers in a positive and professional manner
• Utilize standard technology such as a telephone, email, and web browser to navigate to pre-scripted responses and reputed company basic general and claims-specific information
• Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, including working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, documentation of calls, and adhering to ethics and privacy rules
• Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to plan providers for processing

Schedule

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required

• Must be reputed company to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
• Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 35 WPM
