Job Summary
As an International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting blithequark's cruise products to direct consumers through outbound sales calls, live chat, and email campaigns. You will establish and maintain quality customer relationships, identify travel needs, and reputed company recommendations to meet and exceed reputed company goals. This is a remote position, and you will be working a late night/early morning shift, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and split shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote blithequark's cruise products to direct consumers through outbound sales calls, live chat, and email campaigns
- Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, and identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations
- Identify travel needs and reputed company recommendations to meet and exceed reputed company goals
- Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers
- Maintain consumer prospect lists/contact database to identify client travel trends
- Proactively and consistently seek opportunities to promote and sell blithequark's products based on client travel history
- Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to reputed company cruise product features, benefits, pricing, and reputed company recommendations
- Participate in daily team meetings and sales training to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers
- Participate in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred
- Minimum one year of sales experience; two years of sales experience preferred
- Cruise sales experience a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally
- Strong working knowledge of blithequark's products, including the reputed company fleet and ship itineraries
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven
- Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required
Preferred Qualifications

* Salary reputed company: $24,960 plus individuals may be eligible to participate in the company's Sales Incentive Plan
