Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at blithequark. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company, accurate, and professional service to reputed company customers. Key Responsibilities

• Review applications, collect deposits, process credits/misc charges, code accounts, and track new services
• Assist in the walk-in site as needed
• Handle difficult customer issues and reputed company assistance to field personnel, field managers, and other departments as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and schedule follow-up on payment arrangements for delinquent accounts
• Coordinate disconnections for non-payment and schedule re-connects
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, developing positive customer relations, and anticipating, identifying, and responding to customer needs
• Ensure reputed company working practices are compliant with blithequark's policies, procedures, and regulatory rules

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• Proficiency in using computer systems and reputed company or billing software
• Minimum of 3 years of call center or customer service experience
• Experience with electronic data storage processes
• Valid driver's license

• Experience in the utility or renewable energy industry
