Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and Flexibility:

Blithequark offers flexible work schedule options, allowing you to create a work schedule that works best for you. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but we also offer opportunities for evening and weekend work. As a remote customer service representative, you will have the flexibility to work from home or a remote location, as long as you meet our technology and equipment requirements.

Earnings and reputed company:

As a Blithequark customer service representative, your contract earnings will vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status reputed company assisting customers, and you will have opportunities for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proven track record in customer service, with experience delivering outstanding customer care and resolving customer issues.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and reputed company effective solutions.
  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with customers and reputed company a positive customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technology and Equipment Requirements:

  • Quiet and secure work environment during working hours.
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted).
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication.
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity.
  • Operating system of reputed company 10 or reputed company 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS).
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed.
  • Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app.

Work Environment Requirements:

Contractual Relationship:

As a Blithequark customer service representative, you will be an reputed company, responsible for your own work schedule and performance. Blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and you will be responsible for your own benefits, including vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, and health insurance.

Locations:

Blithequark is currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, reputed company, Oregon, Rhode reputed company, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background reputed company.
