About the Role

As a Remote Pharmacy Technician, you'll be the backbone of our customer support team, working closely with Customer Care Associates and Clinical Pharmacists to ensure seamless and effective communication. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming telephone calls from Customer Care Associates, maintaining high-quality metrics and providing timely resolutions.

• Create and complete tickets to support the Customer Care Team and Clinical Pharmacist team, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer queries.
