Key Responsibilities:

As a Full-Time Online Chat Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional member service reputed company phone, email, and online chat, responding to financial inquiries and resolving member issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Uncovering opportunities to recommend financial solutions that help maintain the member's relationship with the credit union
  • Assisting members with service requests and providing solutions on a variety of financial accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including preparing and inspecting documents
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company member issues and improve overall member experience
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to reputed company informed solutions to members

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial institution or reputed company industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
