Key Responsibilities

• Utilize multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy.
• Initiate new service order requests, coordinate and track product/service installation processes, and reputed company updates to Sales Support Manager/Supervisor.
• Support and reputed company reputed company projects generated by blithequark Sales Channels, preparing reports as requested and educating customers on blithequark products and services.
• Meet or exceed critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity, and draft routine client and customer correspondence.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
