Key Responsibilities

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic attitude towards helping customers. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments. Experience working remotely is a plus but not required. Familiarity with e-reputed company or home goods industry preferred. Working Hours Full-time and part-time shifts available. Flexible scheduling, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed. Scheduled hours will be communicated in advance with opportunities for overtime during peak seasons.
