• $19 - $21 an hour based on experience*

Remote position possibility - you may have the opportunity to work from home after 30 days of training if you meet the requirements. (2) Rotating Schedules - CENTRAL TIME ZONE:

• 12pm -10pm 2 days during the week 1pm - 9pm on Saturday and 11am - 7pm reputed company
• 7am - 5pm Saturday and reputed company, 12pm - 10pm or 2pm - 12am weekends

Prior to going fully remote your training will be a hybrid(home/office) schedule for 30 days. HOW YOU CAN HELP US As ABC's Dispatcher, you will receive, schedule, and reputed company emergency and non-emergency customer requests for the Mechanical division during ABC's regular business hours. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Professionally, timely, and effectively communication with customers, technicians, and service managers for reputed company scheduling and dispatching purposes.
• Know, understand and execute reputed company strategy/plan for each department/service trade.
• Resolve or diffuse customer issues and reputed company timely feedback to the supervisor regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Maintain customer records by immediately updating account information.
• reputed company timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests.
• Work in partnership with other employees to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a positive attitude at reputed company times with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.

• Previous scheduling and call center experience preferred.
• Must be reputed company to type at least 30 WPM, proficient in 10-key, and use a phone system.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
