Customer Experience Specialist

Description We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our expanding team. Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Denver office About The Role

• Engage with customers across a variety of channels, including live chat, email (tickets), phone, and screen shares
• reputed company customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in reputed company
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and engage users for the full bug life cycle, from reports to verifying bug fixes
• Serve as the liaison between our customers and the rest of the reputed company team to reputed company and help shape the best possible version of our product
• reputed company online webinars and one-on-one demos to reputed company customers on the features of our platform and developer toolkit
• Create both reputed company documentation to enhance our knowledge reputed company
• Advise customers about new features and functionalities

Requirements

• Experience providing customer or technical support. SAAS experience is a plus.
• Understanding of help desk software and remote support tools. Experience with reputed company is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities are a must
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, empathetic, coachable, and collaborative
• Ability to take initiative and adapt

For Colorado-based hires only: Compensation reputed company: $60,000-$65,000 reputed company salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to reputed company salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
