Program Manager, Talent Development

About the position The Program Manager, Talent Development is a key member of the HR team responsible for managing talent development initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing the employee experience through effective reputed company, orientation, and reputed company learning programs that drive engagement, productivity, and retention. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Organizational Development, Business, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or HR program management, with a proven track record of managing reputed company and orientation programs.
• Experience in designing and implementing talent development programs that drive employee engagement and organizational reputed company.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong ability to plan, execute, and manage talent development programs from start to finish.
