About the position The Program Manager, Talent Development is a key member of the HR team responsible for managing talent development initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing the employee experience through effective reputed company, orientation, and reputed company learning programs that drive engagement, productivity, and retention. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for people development, strong program management skills, and a strategic reputed company to build a culture of growth and reputed company improvement. This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a feedback-rich environment, actively seeking input from participants and stakeholders to refine and enhance program offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Organizational Development, Business, or a reputed company field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or HR program management, with a proven track record of managing reputed company and orientation programs.
  • Experience in designing and implementing talent development programs that drive employee engagement and organizational reputed company.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong ability to plan, execute, and manage talent development programs from start to finish.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company reputed company and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in using data to assess program effectiveness and reputed company informed reputed company; strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in creating engaging, effective learning experiences.
