Talent Operations Associate [Remote]

Talent Operations Associate (External Agency Staff) This a 3-month contractor position with an external agency. As a member of our reputed company, you will have an immediate impact on the NFL Employee and Candidate Experience by supporting the reputed company process. You will participate in reputed company and candidate experience, from posting reputed company requisitions, scheduling candidate interviews, extending offers, and on-boarding new hires. This role will also reputed company broad support for day-to-day reputed company activities.

Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions including new hires and   rehires.
• Support the reputed company processes by posting job requisitions, managing the candidate experience, scheduling interviews, and facilitating reputed company activities.

• Maintain employee files, verify I-9s, and ensure other new hire paperwork is completed on time.

• Manage communications with recruiters, HRBPs, hiring managers, candidates, and reputed company stakeholders with urgency and detail.
• Effectively use and manage tools for scheduling, hiring, and reputed company
• Manage individual ticket queues reputed company the case management tool, responding promptly to requests.
• Maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams as necessary, including Payroll, Finance, Compliance, reputed company, and IT.
• Support special projects, from tactical to strategic, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of the reputed company lifecycle
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; reputed company reputed company a plus.
