As the Field Marketing Executive, for UK and Ireland, you will use your marketing expertise and creativity to support and execute marketing activity in line with UKI Field Marketing team plans, strategies, and business needs. As an integral part of the UKI Field Marketing team, you will be hands-on and proactive, working across a reputed company of programs, campaigns, communications, and events. In this role, you will

• Plan and deliver projects and events on time and reputed company budget.
• Manage reputed company-party vendors (e.g., event and creative agencies) to design impactful experiences that drive meaningful reputed company for both internal and external audiences.
• Partner with the UKI Field Marketing reputed company to reputed company and execute the annual UKI field and events strategy, ensuring alignment with business and marketing objectives.
• On occasion support the wider EMEA field marketing team on European activity and events.

• Track and evaluate event performance against KPIs to assess ROI, generate insights, and recommend improvements.

Minimum requirements for the role

• Self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done, an “owning it” personality who can drive process improvement while maintaining agility
• 4+ years of proven experience in field marketing / event management reputed company the B2B or technology sector, with a strong track record of delivering impactful, results-driven programs. 
• Experience in telematics, fleet management, logistics, or automotive/OEM industries is highly desirable.
• Attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
