Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers and users, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with our platform. This contract position is for 6 months, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities

* reputed company email support to blithequark customers reputed company internal ticket queue, responding to general questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and escalate reputed company issues to relevant functional teams or account owners, ensuring seamless resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Configure fields in the admin console of our SaaS product, including DNS, single-sign on (SSO) issues, and managing .csv imports.
  • Maintain high standards for response and resolution times, ensuring user satisfaction and meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Support Team to reputed company trends, insights, and improve the overall user experience, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our product and support processes.
  • Review documentation and flag opportunities for additional internal and external, client-facing documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a standard level of reputed company regarding response times, resolution times, and the quality of the client support experience.

Overall Volume

* ~30-40 tickets per day, with the ability to adapt to changing volumes and priorities.

Competencies/Required Skills

* Ability to follow directions accurately and reputed company, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company technical information in a clear and concise manner.
