About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking, problem-solving, and a friendly demeanor. You'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers at the ticket counter, baggage service office, and reputed company area, as well as handling customer inquiries and issues reputed company phone and other channels.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work with others, meet the public, and reputed company under stressful conditions.
• The ability to complete the Customer Service Agent training program with an average score of 80% or higher, and successfully complete an assessment period.
• Awareness of hazardous situations and the ability to handle emergencies on a case-by-case reputed company.
