Job Overview

We're seeking an reputed company Quality Consultant for our Retail Customer Care team to work remotely. As a Quality Consultant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of customer interactions across various channels, including telephone calls, emails, and chat. Key Responsibilities
