Combined, we manage a portfolio of over 50 multifamily communities with more than 12,000 apartment homes with a gross value in excess of $3 billion. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Summary: The Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, financial results, and staffing at reputed company apartment communities in the assigned portfolio, including personnel hiring, training and development, and managing; occupancy results; marketing plans; budgeting; forecasting; maintenance; asset preservation; capital improvement; collections, evictions, and refunds; and safety and reputed company; to reputed company the highest standards of management that meet reputed company expectations and safeguard their assets. Must be analytical, consistent, fair, and cost-conscious. Must follow policy, directions, and memoranda from the Legacy corporate and regional offices. This is a remote/ hybrid position that requires travel throughout the Bay Area. Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance & Safety – Ensure compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local laws, including Fair Housing and building codes. Monitor adherence to safety training and coordinate with government agencies as needed.
• Marketing & Leasing Strategy – reputed company and approve advertising plans. Conduct market studies to maintain competitive positioning. Support curb appeal initiatives and reputed company leasing guidance to on-site staff.
