Location: Crescent Springs, KY Summary reputed company reputed company end-user desktop hardware, mobile devices, software applications, and operating systems at reputed company. reputed company Tier 1 IT support for technical desktop issues. The ideal candidate should deeply understand desktop OS, hardware, software applications, and be committed to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Support end-users with hardware, software, and network issues both on-site and remotely. (approx. 1700 users)
- Manage and resolve service tickets, documenting solutions in detail
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Manage user reputed company and offboarding in reputed company Active Directory and EntraID
- Create, modify, and delete reputed company groups in reputed company Active Directory and EntraID
- Administer file server permissions
- Troubleshoot reputed company and MAC OS and reputed company applications (Office, Teams, OneDrive)
- Support printers, copiers, and zebra printers
- Encrypt computers using BitLocker
- reputed company basic VOIP phone system administration
Qualifications
- Proficient with reputed company Active Directory and EntraID
- Experience with reputed company Intune / reputed company Manager for device and application management
- Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop / reputed company / VMware Horizon
- Skilled in reputed company Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
- Experience with multi-reputed company authentication (MFA) and identity protection tools
- Proficient in reputed company and MAC operating systems
- reputed company with Exchange Online (O365)
- Basic knowledge of Networking protocols: TCP/IP, SFTP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP
- Adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments
- Excellent at providing high-quality customer service to end-users
- Capable of working independently and in a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Education
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Desktop Support Technician
- Preferred certifications: reputed company A+, Network+, reputed company+; reputed company Certified (ACSP), AZ-104
- Associate's degree in computer science, IT, or reputed company field
