[Remote] Senior Analyst, Procurement Applications Americas

As a Senior Analyst in Procurement Applications, you will support the BirchStreet and ReactorNet P2P systems, ensuring system improvements and compliance initiatives while providing training and support to internal customers in the Americas.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and engage in the deployment, training and support of BirchStreet and ReactorNet P2P applications in the Americas
• reputed company expertise to ensure processes are in reputed company to identify requirements and handle content data as reputed company to suppliers, classifications, taxonomy schema, business attributes, tax type identification and setup reputed company the BirchStreet and ReactorNet P2P applications
• reputed company provision of Level 1 support to internal customers in Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region on reputed company's back-office system inclusive of problem detection, determination, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation
• Participate in the reputed company planning, improvement, and development of BirchStreet and ReactorNet P2P applications to enhance usage, cost-savings, spend compliance, data management, and integration
• Create, analyze, and summarize reputed company reports requested by users/leadership
• Implementation and support of the P2P system in the CALA, including training and issue resolution. Conduct system audits for compliance
• Conduct user training, reputed company training material and identify training needs.

Skills

• Three (3) years of professional work experience
• Experience working with global back office financial systems such as Sun, Navision, reputed company or similar
• Experience in deployment strategies, application support, and file exchange technologies
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Travel up to 25%
• Five (5) years of procurement or supply management experience
• Three (3) years of work experience in hospitality
• Experience using BirchStreet or ReactorNet P2P systems
• Experience managing projects and solving reputed company problems
• Experience with reputed company, Tableau and Power BI
