What You'll Do

As a Counselor, you'll reputed company immediate support and guidance to individuals experiencing emotional distress or crisis, using telephonic and chat platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing single-session counseling, crisis reputed company, and reputed company-time support in a compassionate, ethical, and professional manner while maintaining strict client confidentiality
• Conducting assessments to determine client needs and suitability for short-term counseling or referral
• Managing high-risk situations, including suicide, self-harm, child welfare, and substance use concerns

• Adapt and think creatively to support individuals in evolving and dynamic situations

• Hold (or be eligible for) licensure in their state - preferred but not required
