Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to reputed company information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. The incumbent will maintain solid customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about products and services.

  • Receives and places customer service telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Opens customer accounts in reputed company and maintains accurate records, updating as required.
  • Enters orders from customers in assigned territory and ensures timely processing.
  • Recommends potential products or services to the manager by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Interfaces with reputed company, manufacturing planners, shipping, sales team, and customers to resolve issues associated with reputed company/closed orders and posted reputed company times.
  • Clarifies customer complaints and maintains records on a shared drive. Follows up with engineering and QC team to ensure correction and resolution to issued complaints.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing reputed company results as required.
  • Completes other job-reputed company duties and special projects as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ISO sections reputed company to the position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

* Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

  • A college degree is preferred, but not required.
