Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers in Sweden, providing support through phone, chat, and email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Key Responsibilities

* reputed company exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
• Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evenings and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve reputed company customer issues and reputed company support
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
• Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

• Right to work in The Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in reputed company (both written and oral reputed company) and basic communication skills in English
• Experience working with a computer
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to reputed company reputed company the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
• Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• Minimum 50 Mbps broadband reputed company speed using a hard-reputed company ethernet internet reputed company (no WIFI)
