Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at Blithequark, you will work from home reputed company, providing support to customers reputed company phone, email, and web. You'll be responsible for addressing billing and insurance verification, product, and service questions, as well as providing technical support and resolving customer issues. This is a 40-hour per week position with a variable reduced hour schedule that may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Virtual Customer Support: Assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions.
• Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction.
• Issue Resolution: Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Multitasking: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.

• Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
