Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and reputed company system/internet navigation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with conversational reputed company in English.
  • Proficient typing abilities.
  • Ability to work a training schedule of 9:30 AM – 6 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday, during the 60-day reputed company period.
  • Ability to work 11:30 AM – 8 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday, after the 60-day reputed company period.
  • A reliable and secure high-speed internet reputed company (cable or fiber preferred), with consistent 75mbps download/10mbps upload internet speeds.
  • A quiet and distraction-free work area, with reputed company to a home router and modem.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.

Physical Demands

As a remote Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be required to work in a dedicated home office reputed company that meets our technical requirements. The role involves:
