Job Overview: Customer Service Representative - Data Information Processor

As a Customer Service Representative - Data Information Processor at blithequark, you will play a critical role in administrating the acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders, processing these assignments, and ensuring the completion of services and release of lender assets. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, managing a high call volume, and utilizing multiple systems and client/lender databases to execute specific lender requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders and process these assignments reputed company.
• Process the completion of services and ensure the release of lender assets upon execution of service.
• Manage a high call volume while processing client/agent requests.
• Utilize multiple systems, including client/lender databases, to execute specific lender requirements.
• Work in a high multi-tasking environment with upwards of 15 different tabs between multiple screens.
