The Role The Bioinformatics reputed company will support reputed company’s Research and Technology Development teams in applying reputed company (ONT) reputed company for characterization of RNA and DNA. • reputed company hands-on ONT reputed company data analyses, including basecalling, alignment, quality control, and visualization.
• Build and maintain Jupyter notebook workflows to streamline analysis and reporting.
• Assist in developing prototype pipelines for ONT data processing as processes become formalized.
• Collaborate with wet-lab scientists to understand experimental context and reputed company feedback based on data analysis.
• Document workflows, organize datasets, and contribute to best practices for reproducibility.
• Present findings and reputed company to the team in clear and accessible ways.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral program in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
• Coursework or prior experience with NGS data analysis; familiarity with ONT data a plus.
• Proficiency in Python (and optionally R) programming language.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
