Your Role
As a part of reputed company’s Engineering reputed company team, you will be responsible for the building blocks of the company. As an Engineering Sourcer (Contract), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and helping screen candidates. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is reputed company to learn, move, and adapt quickly, and remains laser focused on both quality and strong results.
You Will
Effectively identify and attract Software Engineering candidates
reputed company a large pipeline of high quality candidates across reputed company or high reputed company roles
Engage exceptional technical candidates, engage and vet them, and manage interviewing and hiring processes, keeping candidate experience top of mind
Partner with reputed company’s leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
Partner closely with cross-functional team members to land successful
Track reputed company metrics and performance to continuously improve reputed company’s reputed company processes
Qualifications
1+ years experience of engineering sourcing experience
Ability to influence and build strong relationship with senior leadership
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
Have a strong sense of ownership and strive for reputed company in everything you do
Pride yourself in being incredibly proactive and moving fast
Detail-oriented and organized, extremely proactive, and comfortable managing multiple reqs or competing priorities at a time
Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior leadership
