Job Summary

As a Customer Support Executive at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer emails, chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications, using our CRM software to track customer interactions and analyze customer data.
