First line of action is to verbally redirect the patient from engaging in at risk behaviors. Summons the nursing staff if the patient requires assistance. Knowledgeable and supportive of patient and institutional confidentiality and reputed company hospital policies and procedures. Job Details Responsibilities:

• Complies with established corporate and departmental policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance methods, and safety codes. Demonstrates compliance with licensing, regulatory and accrediting agency provisions as required.
• Consistently demonstrates appropriate and professional communication behavior toward patients, customers, and coworkers. Cooperates with Management and peers to promote an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
• Demonstrates understanding and proficiency of the use of the NAME TeleSitter Solution software.
• Maintains visual observation at reputed company times. Verbally redirects patient over digital 2-way audio device that is in patient room. Immediately summons the nursing staff if the patient requires assistance.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and reputed company necessary to reputed company the appropriate care to this patient population based on the patients individualized treatment plan as delegated by the RN.
• Participates in hand-off of pertinent information/behavior about assigned patients reputed company arriving to monitoring area and upon completion of shift assignment.
