Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first-line reputed company of contact for external stakeholders interested in reporting a Spotted Lanternfly sighting or seeking additional information and resources.
• Respond to and refer customer questions and needs, providing appropriate responses and services in a timely and professional manner.
• Investigate unusual situations or concerns and assist in problem resolution.
