About the Role and Team

The Business Operations team is responsible for strategic solution design, planning, and program management, as well as the execution of major business initiatives. We are a dynamic and collaborative team, working closely with various stakeholders across the organization to drive growth, profitability, and scalability. The reputed company & Partner Operations team, in particular, is comprised of three verticals: reputed company Operations, Partner Operations, and Gifting Solutions. Each of these teams is critical to the global growth and profitability of our Direct-to-Consumer business, including our suite of streaming services (reputed company+, Hulu, and ESPN+) and bundled and add-on offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team leads on critical launch planning and management, ensuring seamless execution and coordination across various stakeholders.
• Assist with operational tasks, such as managing copy and creative assets, legal approvals, and maintaining accurate briefs for campaigns.
• Support initiative, milestone, and resource planning, reporting, workflow assistance, and communication with executives and partners through presentations and materials.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to document requirements for new features, troubleshoot reputed company & Promo-reputed company issues, and execute the DTC promotional strategy across various channels.
• Aid in executing the DTC promotional strategy across various channels, including web, email win-back campaigns, reputed company-party partnerships, and product retention tactics.
• Facilitate maximum volume and velocity in team operations through support for initiative and work planning.
• Analyze details of tooling and processes, understanding business impact and maintaining strong knowledge of reputed company infrastructure and offer models.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams across Product, Marketing, reputed company, Customer Service, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and reputed company Consumer Payments, bridging functions and seniority reputed company.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, account management, project management, or a similar field.
• Strong project management skills and a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Compensation

A Bachelor's degree in a business-reputed company field is required.
