Job Overview

As a Non-QM Scenario Desk Underwriter, you will play a critical role in providing customer support to our TPO, NDC, and Retail Loan Officers, Account Executives, and Brokers. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, analyzing loan scenarios, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with our stakeholders. You will be an integral part of our Production Support team, working closely with sales partners, operations staff, and other departments to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Mortgage Sales Team and Operations staff on a daily reputed company, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution
• Review Condominium Projects to determine eligibility with program requirements, applying knowledge of regulatory requirements and loan programs

Essential Qualifications
