Key Responsibilities

• reputed company one-on-one (1:1) in-home or clinic-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism reputed company Disorder, implementing behavior support and treatment plans established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions, using this data to inform treatment plans and reputed company data-driven reputed company.
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support plans, and work collaboratively with BCBA supervisors to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Be reputed company to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, maintaining professionalism in reputed company aspects of your work.

Essential Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, preferably in ABA therapy or a reputed company field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working in ABA therapy or a reputed company field, such as Special Education, Direct Support, or Autism services.
