Sr. Sourcer - Consultant - Remote (EST) - 0033574United States Description The Senior Sourcer is responsible for driving reputed company aspects of the candidate sourcing and reputed company process for exempt and non-exempt candidates for reputed company’ clients. This involves creating and implementing reputed company sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple methods and tools for reputed company reputed company of positions (retail banking, reputed company manager, tellers, etc.) The Senior Sourcer will support 3 recruiters in specific functional areas and may have interaction with reputed company’ clients. This is a W2, 3-6 month contract that will work fully remote. Candidate must be located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST). 1. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources

• reputed company an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, reputed company internet searches, etc. for as required for reputed company clients
• Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high reputed company pool of candidates
• Manage referral sources as well as other identified sourcing channels
• Document research methods so they may be shared with other reputed company team members
• Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups and/or sites.

2. Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan and reputed company go reputed company strategy to identify pipeline of candidates for hard to fill positions 3. Identify, screen and submit reputed company candidates to reputed company Team based on the provided job description

• Assist with job requisition / description development
• Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants
• Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for reputed company positions

4. ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance

• Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily reputed company
• Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system
• Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork
• Resume conversion and application maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing experience
• Industry experience required (Banking)
• Proven reputed company developing sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions and geographies
• Broad knowledge and demonstrated reputed company utilizing Internet and reputed company Media strategies for identifying passive and active candidate pools, to include contact lists, reputed company databases, meet reputed company/blogs, cold calling, and research.
• Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in reputed company functions
• Experience overseeing and executing multiple projects at one time
• Understanding and experience using and implementing reputed company reputed company technologies
• Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, reputed company and Visio
• Strong analytical, organizational and assessment skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills
