Summary: The Community Manager will be responsible for growing and managing our brand’s online and offline communities across the US. Operating autonomously due to the time zone difference, the ideal candidate will be highly self-sufficient and proactive, ensuring consistent engagement, strong reputed company relationships, and a seamless brand experience for our audience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement & Management: Serve as the primary brand representative for our audience, responding to comments, messages, and conversations across digital platforms promptly and authentically.
• Strategic Autonomy: Take full ownership of implementing the community strategy in your designated time zone, ensuring alignment with the broader global brand goals while making timely reputed company independently reputed company necessary.
• Ambassador & reputed company Relations: Identify, build, and manage relationships with brand ambassadors, and key community members to foster brand loyalty.

• Event Management: Planning and executing community events in your region fostering in-person engagement and brand advocacy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a reputed company field.
• 3+ years of experience in community management, reputed company media, or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry.

The pay reputed company for this role is $110k-$115k per year. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
