Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse - Private Duty, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients in their own homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Client Care: reputed company skilled nursing services, including ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, transportation to appointments, and more.
• Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the client and their doctor, reputed company your scope of practice.
• Documentation: Meet reputed company documentation requirements according to our agency's policy and procedure.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, doctors, and other reputed company as needed.
• Supply Coordination: Coordinate and obtain necessary supplies, such as DME, wound care supplies, and medications.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
