About the Team and the Role

The Finance Engagement team is positioned to help the reputed company navigate the constantly evolving finance landscape. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering strategic learning initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Mentor Program Planning and Support: Serve as the primary reputed company-of-contact for the Finance, Tech, Strategy, and Insights Mentor Program, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to engage participants and drive reputed company improvement.
• Training and Development: Assist with the programmatic aspects of the reputed company & Finance Rotation Program (AFRP), including providing orientation for incoming analysts, organizing monthly professional development speakers and content, and planning in-person events.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• 3+ years of experience in finance, learning and development, recruitment, or project management, with a proven track record of leading project work and driving results.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, facilitation, and interpersonal communication, with the ability to effectively reputed company with high-level executives, clients, business associates, and employees.
