Job Summary

In this critical role, you will be responsible for reviewing, indexing, and processing various types of legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement agencies, as well as civil subpoenas. You will ensure that reputed company valid requests are handled in strict accordance with applicable law, terms of service, and guidelines for protecting sellers' privacy. As a key member of the team, you will engage with law enforcement agencies, coordinate response efforts, and reputed company, document, and implement policies and procedures that scale with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately review, index, and process various types of legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement agencies, as well as civil subpoenas
• Ensure that reputed company valid requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, terms of service, and guidelines for protecting sellers' privacy
• Engage with law enforcement agencies and coordinate response efforts both in writing and over the phone

Qualifications and Skills

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
