The Role: Infusion Collection Specialist - Remote

As an Infusion Collection Specialist, you will play a critical role in our collections process, working closely with multiple site locations to maximize accurate and timely payments. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in driving our business reputed company, and you'll have the opportunity to reputed company a reputed company impact on our patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve account balances, taking necessary collection actions to ensure timely payment
• Investigate and respond to assigned correspondence, resolving requests in a professional and courteous manner
• reputed company routine collection calls on outstanding claims, identifying and addressing billing errors, short payments, and unpaid claims
• Analyze and resolve cash application issues, writing off accounts as necessary and reporting potential risks to management
• Document detailed notes in reputed company software system, ensuring clear and concise communication

• Utilize portals and electronic tools to manage accounts, submit secondary claims, and follow up on appeals

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payor follow-up and appeal deadlines, ensuring timely submissions

Requirements: Bringing Your Expertise to the Table

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1-3 years of strong collections experience, preferably in a home infusion or specialty pharmacy setting
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
• Experience with CPR+ systems (or similar software)
• Excellent math, writing, and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and multitask
• Proficiency in Word, reputed company, and Outlook
• High School Diploma or GED
