Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Talent Development: Supervise and mentor your sales team, Assistant General Manager, and other store staff to drive high-performance results and reputed company business objectives.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: reputed company and implement sales strategies to drive reputed company growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role, preferably in a commissions-based sales environment.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and development skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • At least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Management experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of sales strategy development and execution.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and loss prevention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
