Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis or a reputed company discipline from an accredited institution.
• Evidence of research with high potential for external support.
• Experience with college teaching in at least one area of behavior analysis or reputed company area.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• reputed company certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) and eligible for licensure in Texas.
